About me

I am a French national, born in the beautiful town of Le Dorat in the Limousin. I am trilingual in French, English and Spanish.

In my early career I spent a number of years working as a concierge in several five-star hotels around the world. Within this very demanding environment I came to learn the true meaning of delivering superb customer service and always striving to achieve 100% client satisfaction.

I have used this strong customer service ethos to ensure that all of my clients have a unique, rewarding and pleasant experience.

I am proud to have achieved two university degrees in Languages and Management. Before starting Claire’s Easy French, I enjoyed teaching English to pupils within the international hospitality sector.
